Frequently Asked Questions

Travel Requirements & Entry

Do I need special documents to enter Canada?
A valid passport is required to enter Canada. Visa requirements vary depending on your nationality, so please check in advance whether you need a visa. Since this tour crosses the border by land, an eTA (Electronic Travel Authorization) is generally not required. When re-entering the United States, travelers may be asked to present additional documentation depending on their visa status. Please ensure you have all necessary documents prepared in advance.
Do I need a visa to visit Canada?
Visa requirements vary depending on your nationality. Please check the official Canadian government website for the most up-to-date information: https://www.canada.ca/en/immigration-refugees-citizenship/services/visit-canada/check-visa-eta.html
I require a visa to enter Canada but was unable to obtain one. Can I still join the tour?
Yes, you may still join the tour. However, in that case, you will remain on the U.S. side and explore independently. Please note that no partial refunds will be provided under these circumstances.

Tour Experience

Can we visit both the American and Canadian sides of Niagara Falls?
We plan to visit both the American and Canadian sides of the Falls. However, depending on factors such as flight delays, traffic conditions, or border congestion on the day, the tour may visit only the Canadian side. Thank you for your understanding.
Will we get wet during the boat ride?
Ponchos will be provided before boarding. However, depending on wind conditions and water volume, you may still get quite wet, especially on the lower body. We recommend bringing a towel and sandals.

Luggage & Accessibility

Can I bring large luggage such as suitcases?
Please participate with only small personal belongings (such as a backpack that can be placed on your lap). Large luggage is not permitted.
Can I bring a stroller?
Strollers can only be accommodated in limited cases and must be requested at the time of booking. Please note that only compact, fully foldable strollers may be considered. Due to limited storage space and vehicle type, we are unable to accommodate larger strollers. All requests are subject to availability and must be confirmed in advance.
Can I join the tour in a wheelchair?
This tour has limited accessibility and may not be suitable for guests using a wheelchair. If you wish to join, advance notice is required at the time of booking. A compact, foldable wheelchair and a companion who can provide full assistance throughout the tour are necessary. Due to vehicle limitations and accessibility restrictions at certain locations, we may not be able to accommodate most requests. All arrangements are subject to confirmation in advance. We appreciate your understanding as we aim to ensure a safe and comfortable experience for all guests.
